The location of this hotel is quite good, near the center and with a big shopping mall just around the corner with pretty much anything you might need. It's also within walking distance to Old Town. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were big enough for us. For the price we paid, it had all the necessary things for a tourist. to that, the residence is close to main attractions, such as famous gardens and amusement parks, major museums, shopping malls. , Uber service is available there efficiently.

This is not a hotel but sort of the office/apartment space adapted and called hotel. 2 bedrooms with one bathroom that are access only from small living room. Both bedrooms have an extra door to hallway that and have no noise insulation at all. 2nd bedroom can be access only thriught the first one. When you arive you have to park at no parking zone search for tiny intrcom to contact reception that look like a jail window to gain the access to fron door. Finaly when you are handed 3 keys plus an electronics card you go back to car park in UG garage very badly mark with space and level info. Joke.

Reception is miles away from the room. Markings are very poor. Hotel has got very strange procedure concerning returning the.keys-takes ages to ret.generally this is not business customer friendly pricedure - i do not have time to cover distance between reception and the roomsurn keys

Excellent quality regarding housekeeping, most wonderful staff and access to all necessary household items like fridge freezer, good cooker, fantastic bathroom and super comfortable bed. The location was perfect and had fantastic easy to use links to most of the city. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

Jaw-dropping location opposite the famous Arkadia mall, with incredible restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is fully equipped like a home, and the staff, especially the receptionist in building D, are super supportive.

The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The facilities were good and the location was good.

There was no information in the apartment of were to eat, directions to shops, town centre etc, and tram line/ bus route maps would have been usful especially when the reception is closed from 12.00pm on Sat & Sun. If you are on a weekend break this is difficult.

living on the 15th floor was fabulous, living on the third floor was good. Its perfect for parking and terasa/balcony

during our stay we had to change the appartment (not for our will), so that gave as less comfort we expected

I recently stayed at Babka Tower Suites in Warsaw for a week-long visit. The location was amazing, right across from Arkadia Mall with its shops, restaurants, and even a supermarket. The residence also had its own grocery market, medical unit, hairdresser, sandwich bar, and pharmacy, making everything incredibly convenient. Plus, there were plenty of ATM machines nearby. The staff, especially the receptionist in building D, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartment itself was spacious and fully equipped, making it feel like a home away from home.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Big well equipped apartment. Kitchen wirh full set of accessories. Washing machine. Pc with internet connection.

Wery difficult to find reception in the large buildings complex. Will be better to put detailed plan on the cite and hotel description on Booked.net. To find way from the undegraund parking lot to the rooms is not so easy too. Please, make printed plans for guests!

I chose this hotel for attending a consultation and found the work desks provided in the room to be very useful. It allowed me to comfortably work on my laptop and prepare for my meetings. Additionally, having a CD player in the room was a pleasant surprise, as I could relax and listen to my favorite music during my downtime.

The only service that I missed for my work was a printer or business center facility. I had some documents that needed to be printed and it would have been more convenient if the hotel had this service available.

Babka was close to where we needed to be. The rooms were clean and comfortable if slightly quirky. Having a small kitchen was a positive, which meant we could prepare drinks and basic snacks.
